Our Services
We’ve designed our Services with your care and comfort in mind. We want all of our patients and family members to feel safe and comfortable with us. Careplus Hospice Services, inc. was built using only the highest principles of medical care, and the results have been truly noteworthy.
Hospice Nurse
They make regularly scheduled visits to the patient, providing expert pain management and symptom control techniques. The nurse keeps the primary physician informed of the patient's condition throughout the time they are under hospice care.
Home Health Aides (HHA)
HHA provides assistance with the personal care for our patients. our team of professional Home Health Aides are there to value and care for our patients every set of the way
Medical Social Worker (MSW)
They evaluate the need for assistance, practical and financial concerns, emotional support, counseling and bereavement. They also assess the need for volunteers and other support services to ensure our patients and their family are always looked after.
Spiritual Care Coordinator
Our chaplains provide spiritual support to our patients and their families, and serves as liaison to their religious establishments to coordinate memorial service and funeral arrangement.
Patient Care Volunteer
Our volunteers provide additional support. They help with household chores or grocery shopping and any number of things you might ask of a friend.
Medical Equipment and Supplies
Careplus Hospice services, inc. is a hospice that has been providing convenience when it comes to durable medical equipment and supplies.
Medication
Our services include delivery of medications from a local pharmacy.
Transportation Services
We make arrangements for non-emergency transportation to assist patients and their families.
